A critically important aspect of digestive health is to keep your colon clear of old, rotting food and waste to prevent the build-up of dangerous toxins throughout your entire body.

As food moves from your small intestine into your large intestine (or colon), it resembles a porridge-like sludge. Your colon’s job is to store, process and get rid of the sludge—ideally at least 2-3 times per day.
